DALLO MADEIRAS LTDA, a family business, founded by Ernesto Dallo in 1999, began its work in May of the same year in the city of Turvo - Paraná. The main activity was the split wood, being produced about 600 cubic meters of lumber.
From the year 2004, the company underwent a restructuring and shift in focus from the main activity, migrating its potential for offset business.
In the city of Três Barras in the state of Santa Catarina, a new building was constructed, which was inaugurated in May 2005, producing initially about 900 m³ of pine blades (raw material for the manufacture of plywood).
With continued investment projects in 2007, the manufacture of plywood platforms was started. These, served as the basis for floor industrialization exported to Spain. Alongside this product, it began the manufacture of laminated and resin-coated plywood.
Due to the appreciation of the real, the product has to have a very high cost, leading to the suspension of the manufacture of platforms and increased production of other compensated.
Currently, the industry has 44,000 m² area, and, of these, 4680m² of covered area and employs about 60 employees, among which about 30 are women.
The current production capacity is at 1500 cubic meters of plywood. The production process goes through a strict control in its various stages (extraction, supply logistics, laminating, drying, sorting, panel mounting, bonding, pressing, squaring, painting, packaging and logistics supply).
